The room had great amenities. The king suite spa bath included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The spa was SO relaxing!!!

The location was very central, close to the massimo theatre. the team was helpful and warm. the garden provided a magnificent view. I ate breakfast outside on the terrace. the spa was an relaxing and intimate experience. The facilities were super clean.
i found a very slight issue with payment, as i was asked to pay again after i had already paid by bank transfer.

the junior suite featured excellent amenities, including modern decor and a comfortable layout. the room had a king-sized bed with quality linens , and blackout curtains were included to ensure restful nights. a well-stocked minibar was available.

the hotel's design seemed quite chic. the room was amazing and the facilities met every need. the breakfast offered excellent quality with fresh, local ingredients. i felt very comfortable and would gladly return or recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a nice stay in a superb location.
i noticed some aspects of the room did not entirely match the photos displayed online. i believe updating the images to accurately reflect the current room conditions would enhance transparency.

the staff members were always cordial and notably professional . they seemed to go out of their way to provide assistance and advice, which i found helpful. i greatly appreciated their attentive approach.
